Postage is £2.99 for orders up to £50 and sent via 2nd Class Royal Mail or via a courier service.  If your order is urgent and needs upgrading to 1st Class please contact us so we can see if this is possible where we can also advise on the additional costs to postage.  Proof of posting is obtained at the point of dispatch as well as being tracked when using a courier service. 

We do our best to dispatch within 2-5 days, however occasionally this can be slightly longer during busier times.  If your order is urgent, please let us know by contacting us so we can see if we can meet your timescales.

Free delivery for orders over £50*, which will be sent either by 2nd Class Royal Mail or via a tracked courier service.

Please note free postage on UK orders over £50 only apply when a 2nd Class option is selected.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return it within 7 days, at your cost, in the original packaging as lampshades are sent in double walled boxes for extra protection.  Once received, we will issue a refund, minus the cost of our postage.  Please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for any goods that may arrive damaged if returning.

Lampshades made to order or special requests are non-refundable.
